Upon completion of your purchase we will arrange for any pre-agreed works to be done and signed off on your behalf. We work closely with fully regulated and vetted letting agents across the region; we will instruct the Letting Agent on your behalf and work closely with them to
  • Market your property to potential tenants
  • Support tenant viewings at the property.
  • Negotiate the rent and terms of the contract with the tenant
  • Review all pre-tenancy paperwork including the Tenancy Agreement, Tenant References etc
  • Represent you throughout the tenancy period to handle tenancy renewals, maintenance etc
  • Ensure that a mid-term inspection is carried out during the tenancy
  • Ensure that certificates are renewed during the tenancy
